Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee on-site cleaning operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness on a busy site.

You will be the main on-site point of contact, coordinate and lead a cleaning team, and support training and induction of new staff while adhering to safety and COSHH procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have right to work in the UK.
• Demonstratable people skills or experience coordinating a team.
• Experience cleaning in a similar environment or transferable skills.
• Understanding of COSHH and H&S compliance on similar sites/environments.
• Experience in training and inducting colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Be the client's/Manager's main point of contact on site.
• Coordinate and drive a team on site, whilst completing core cleaning duties with the team.
• Support the manager with the training and induction of new staff, and the completion of training records.
• Lead by example when completing tasks, following the safe systems of work and method statements.

About The Role:

Working Pattern

• Position 1 - Mon - Fri 08:30 - 13:30
• Position 2 - Mon - Fri 14:30 - 19:30

Are you passionate about maintaining cleanliness and ensuring impeccable standards in a busy site?

As a Cleaning Supervisor you will oversee the effective supervisory and safety concerns when it comes to daily operations on site within the cleaning team.
