Job summary

BaxterStorey is recruiting a Night Supervisor / Chef in Swansea to lead catering teams, oversee food service and event logistics, and maintain high standards of hospitality. The role requires chef experience and night shifts (7.30pm–4.00am, 5 days out of 7).

You will supervise staff, ensure quality, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting team development and a positive work environment.
