BaxterStorey in Biggleswade is seeking a Chef for the night shift (11pm-4am), part-time across 3 days a week. You will lead kitchen operations, prepare and present dishes to our standards, and stay aligned with current food trends while supporting team development.

Qualifications

• Food provenance is critical to you
• Team player and able to work with a team
• Proven experience within a demanding kitchen at the relevant level
• Not just cooking but collaboration and leadership within a kitchen environment

Responsibilities

• Manage the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen
• Organise planning, preparation, cooking and presentation to required standards
• Update knowledge on current food trends and ingredients
• Control and achieve financial targets while communicating with the team
• Ensure Health & Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislation compliance
