BaxterStorey in Swansea is seeking a Night Supervisor / chef to lead catering teams at the Skewen site. The role involves supervising, training and overseeing service from 7.30pm to 4.00am, five days in seven, with a salary of £30,992 per year.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Supervise, recruit, train, and manage catering staff; provide ongoing feedback.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards; address issues promptly.
• Coordinate delivery, setup, and breakdown of catering equipment; manage inventory.
• Foster positive client relationships and handle inquiries with professionalism.
