BaxterStorey is seeking a Night Chef de Partie for a fixed-term contract in a fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare and cook dishes to head chef standards, manage your station, and uphold food safety while delivering high-quality plates during night service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fresh food preparation.
• Excellent understanding of HACCP and food safety practices.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• A passion for flavour and hot counter presentation.
• Confidence to work independently and take ownership of the service.

Responsabilités

• Food Preparation – prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Station Management – oversee production and keep area stocked and clean.
• Quality Control – maintain high quality, presentation and taste.
• Team Collaboration – communicate with all team members and support colleagues.
• Menu Development – collaborate with head chef to develop/test new recipes.
• Cleaning and Maintenance – keep kitchen area clean and equipment in good order.
