BaxterStorey is seeking a Night Chef Supervisor to lead a night kitchen team, ensuring exceptional food quality and service during the 16:00–00:00 shift. You will foster collaboration with clients and colleagues, drive excellence, and manage a team with mentoring and training opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have catering supervisory or chef experience, a passion for food, and the ability to manage budgets while maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Proven experience as a catering supervisor/chef or similar.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Financially minded with budgeting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire the night shift kitchen team to deliver high standards.
• Develop relationships with clients and stakeholders.
