• Previous experience within the hospitality industry

Responsabilités

• Supervision and Training - recruit, train, and supervise catering staff, including servers and support personnel.
• Quality Control - monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Logistics Management - coordinate delivery, setup, and breakdown of catering equipment and supplies; manage inventory.
• Customer Service - build positive relationships with clients and guests; handle inquiries and dietary requirements.
