Job summary

Agincare in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Care Team Leader for The Chestnuts to lead a dedicated care team, deliver high-quality care, and support residents and their families. You will promote independence and wellbeing while ensuring safe, compassionate, and person-centered care in a welcoming home.

This full-time night-shift role is 42 hours per week with a pay rate of £15.25 per hour. Benefits include funded training up to QCF Level 5, a company pension, and an refer-a-friend scheme.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in social care.

• This is a full time role working 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends
