Job summary

Shaw healthcare (Group) Ltd is recruiting for a Support Worker at Rotherlea in Petworth, West Sussex. The role involves 36 hours per week of night shifts (20:00-08:00) on a flexible 4-week rota, with occasional weekend work. Salary is £13.80 per hour and full training is provided.

You will deliver person-centred care in a modern 70-bed care home, focusing on dementia care, dignity, and inclusion, supported by a comprehensive training and development programme.

Qualifications

• No experience required, values and behaviours matter more than background.
• Willingness to learn and develop through full training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
• Offering personal care including bathing, dressing and hygiene
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
• Working as part of a team and supporting colleagues in day-to-day duties
• Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
