Kisimul Group Limited is seeking Night Life Practitioners to join our Anam Cara home in Friesthorpe, Lincolnshire. You will support individuals with severe learning disabilities, assist with daily tasks, and accompany them on community activities.

Qualifications

• Passion for care and helping individuals with complex needs.
• Strong team player with resilience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• A Level 3 in Children’s Residential Services or willing to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals with severe learning disabilities.
• Assist with daily activities and independent living.
• Accompany clients on community trips and outings.
• Operate the company vehicle; must have a full UK driving licence or two years’ experience driving in the UK.
