Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Night Life Practitioners for our Children’s Residential Home at Anam Carain Friesthorpe, Lincolnshire. You will support individuals with severe learning disabilities to lead independent lives, assist with daily activities, and accompany them on community outings.
The role offers a starting hourly rate of £12.85, with higher rates for experienced staff. A company vehicle is available for transport, and there are progression pathways via our competency framework.
We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.
We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.
Starting rates are £12.85 and for those with experience it’s £13.85. Level 1 – £12.85, Level 2 – £13.35, Level 3 – £13.85.

£500 joining bonus: £250 on commencement of employment and £250 on successful completion of probation.
