Kisimul Group Ltd's Suillean House in Sleaford, Lincolnshire is seeking a compassionate Senior Night Life Practitioner to support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live independently and participate in community activities.

You will provide essential overnight care, assist with daily activities, and accompany residents on outings; driving the company vehicle requires a UK licence or 2 years' driving in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and seek support as needed.
• Computer literacy and basic admin skills.
• Commitment to ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
