Prime Life is seeking a Night Care Assistant to join a friendly team at Lutterworth Country House, near Lutterworth. The role involves safeguarding residents and providing dignified care during night shifts within a 66-resident home. Training is provided, and DBS is funded.

Qualifications

• Candidate should be patient, understanding and respectful of residents’ individual abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and preparing for bed.
• Conduct routine welfare checks overnight to ensure safety.
• Support residents with dining to maintain nutrition and hydration.
• Encourage safe mobility around the home with mobility aids as needed.
• Provide friendship and companionship to residents.
