Job summary

Prime Life is seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our Solihull home at Tanworth Court. You will provide dignified support to residents with age-related conditions, disabilities, and dementia, working as part of a compassionate team.

Full training is provided; prior care experience is helpful but not required. We offer opportunities for progression, DBS fully funded, and a reward-based Refer a Friend scheme. Interviews soon.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential; full training provided.
• Must be patient, understanding and respectful to residents.
• Night shift availability required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and bedtime routine.
• Conduct routine welfare checks during the night to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Support residents to dine and maintain nutrition and hydration.
• Encourage residents to mobilise safely with mobility aids and equipment.
• Provide friendship and companionship to residents.
• Maintain accurate written records and complete documentation.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to promote residents’ health and wellbeing.
• Greet families and assist with enquiries.
