Job summary

Prime Life is seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant to support residents at St Michaels Care Centre in Waddington, Lincolnshire. You'll work 8pm–8am across a 7-day week, delivering dignified personal care and companionship to residents with age-related conditions and dementia.

Full training is provided, DBS is fully funded, and you can benefit from an excellent refer-a-friend scheme and Holiday Pay as part of our supportive team.

Qualifications

• Genuine caring nature with residents.
• Patient, understanding and respectful attitude.
• Full training provided for new joiners.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and getting to bed.
• Perform routine welfare checks during the night.
• Support residents with meals, nutrition and hydration.
• Encourage safe mobility with aids and equipment.
• Provide friendship and companionship to residents.
• Maintain accurate written records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the care team to promote wellbeing.
• Welcome family members and handle enquiries.
