Prime Life Ltd in the Leicestershire area is seeking a full-time Day Care Assistant to join our friendly team at Lutterworth Country House in Bitteswell near Lutterworth. The role supports residents with age-related conditions, with dignity, patience and respect.

We provide full training, a funded DBS, holiday pay, a Refer a Friend scheme and free transport links from Leicester to the home for shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in care is beneficial but not required; full training provided.
• Patience, understanding and respect for residents with age-related conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and dressing.
• Support mealtimes and ensure good nutrition.
• Encourage safe mobility with aids and equipment.
• Provide companionship and accompany residents to appointments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the care team to promote well-being.
• Welcome family enquiries and assist with enquiries.
