Job summary

Prime Life are seeking a Night Care Assistant to join our team at St Michaels Care Centre in Waddington, Lincolnshire. The role runs from 8pm to 8am across a 7-day week, with a focus on dignified care and supporting residents with age-related conditions, dementia, and disabilities.

We offer full training, a fully funded DBS, comprehensive holiday pay, and a Refer a Friend scheme. The team is dedicated to person-centred care and provides regular development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Genuine caring nature and desire to make a real difference for residents.
• Patience, understanding, and respect for residents' abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with personal hygiene and preparing for bed.
• Carrying out routine welfare checks during the night to ensure safety.
• Support residents with dining, nutrition and hydration as needed.
• Encourage safe mobility around the home with mobility aids and equipment.
• Provide friendship and companionship to residents.
• Maintain accurate written records and documentation.
