Job summary

Prime Life Ltd is seeking a compassionate Night Support Worker to join the team at Lowfield House Residential Home in Kirton in Lindsey. The role offers regular night shifts from 8pm to 8am across a 7-day week, with full or part-time options and a supportive care environment.

We value patient, understanding staff who can provide dignified support to residents with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health conditions.

• Full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Encourage residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist residents in daily living decisions and personal care.
• Encourage participation in activities and recreation.
• Help residents retire for the evening and ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.
• Promote independence in meal preparation and cooking.
• Collaborate with other professionals on care plans.
