Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited is seeking dedicated care staff for night shifts at a residential setting serving the elderly, including a dementia care unit. You will assist in daily living activities, promote sleep hygiene, and ensure resident safety through night checks.

Ideal candidates have prior residential or learning difficulties care experience, a kind patient attitude, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months experience in a care environment.
• DBS dated within the last 6 months or registered on the update service.
• All mandatory training up-to-date.
• Referenceable work history covering the past 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Follow individualised care plans and document activities in the reporting system.
• Collaborate with the care team and perform night checks as per care plans.
