Job summary

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience in a senior care role within a residential setting.
• Experience supporting older people and those living with dementia.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support care staff during night shifts.
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs.
• Support residents with personal care and overnight routines.
• Administer medication in line with training and procedures.
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
• Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing for residents living with dementia.
