Quality Service Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a shift in a caring home for elderly residents, including those with Dementia. You will supervise staff, assist residents with all care needs and maintain the highest standard of dignity and respect in a supportive team environment.

The role requires a DBS within 6 months, strong communication and organizational skills, and previous eldercare experience. On-site shifts with day, afternoon and night coverage offered.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver personal care ensuring comfort and dignity of residents.
• Follow individual care plans to meet physical and emotional needs.
• Complete daily paperwork, logs and reports for continuity of care.
• Work professionally with the care team to support residents.
