Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Assistant, ideally with Dementia care exposure.
• DBS check dated within the last 12 months or assistance to obtain one.
• Up-to-date mandatory training completed.
• Referenceable work history in care settings.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily routines including personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.
• Spend quality time with residents to support mental and physical wellbeing.
• Assist with light housekeeping and follow health and safety guidelines.
• Keep accurate records, report condition updates, and log incidents to senior staff.
