Job summary

Oakland Care in Tonbridge is seeking a Night Care Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centred care for residents during the night.

You will assist with mobility, personal care, and maintain accurate records while creating a calm and safe night-time environment. This is a permanent role with full training provided.

Hours are 40.25 per week at £13.20 per hour, with rewards including a free meal per shift and uniform provision.

Qualifications

• A can-do attitude.
• Be a compassionate and caring person.
• Be a true team player.
• Experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker – this is advantageous but not essential as full training is given.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent care and support to our residents throughout the night.
• Assisting with mobility, comfort and safety needs.
• Carry out regular checks and respond to any night-time requirements.
• Keep accurate records and communicate effectively.
• Maintain a calm, reassuring environment for our residents.
