Oakland Care in Eastbourne is seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant to provide compassionate support to residents during the night hours.

You will help with personal care, mobility, safety, and record keeping, while maintaining a calm and supportive environment.

Full-time role at Beechwood Grove premises: 40.25 hours per week, £13.20 per hour, with benefits including free meals per shift, uniform, and enhanced holiday pay.

Qualifications

• A can-do attitude.

• Experience as Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker is advantageous but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent care and support to residents throughout the night.
• Assisting with mobility, comfort and safety needs.
• Carry out regular checks and respond to any night-time requirements.
• Keep accurate records and communicate effectively.
• Maintain a calm, reassuring environment for residents.
