Oakland Care is seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant in Eastbourne to provide compassionate care to residents while others sleep. You will help with personal care, mobility and daily routines, ensuring comfort and safety overnight.

The role offers full-time hours, a 40.25-hour week, and a pay rate of £13.20 per hour. Full training is provided, and you will join a supportive team focused on resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Be compassionate and caring, and a true team player.
• Experience as Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker is advantageous but not essential; full training provided.
• Willingness to look after residents' physical, psychological and social needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent care and support to residents throughout the night.
• Assist with mobility, comfort and safety needs.
• Carry out regular checks and respond to night-time requirements.
• Keep accurate records and communicate effectively.
• Maintain a calm, reassuring environment.
