Oakland Care in Eastbourne is seeking a Night Care Assistant to provide compassionate care for residents overnight. You will assist with personal care, mobility, and safety while maintaining dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• A can-do attitude.

• Experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker – advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent care and support to our residents throughout the night.
• Assisting with mobility, comfort and safety needs.
• Carry out regular checks and respond to any night-time requirements.
• Keep accurate records and communicate effectively.
• Maintain a calm, reassuring environment for our residents.
