Job summary

Oakland Care is seeking a Night Care Assistant in Maidstone to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents during the night shift. You will assist with personal care, mobility, and daily routines, ensuring safety, dignity and comfort in a calm environment.

We offer permanent contracts, a 40.25-hour week, and pay £13.20 per hour, with benefits including free meals per shift, uniform, enhanced bank holiday pay and extra annual leave for long service.

Qualifications

• Willingness to provide high-quality care and support residents' physical, psychological and social needs.
• Able to assist with personal care activities such as washing, dressing and meals.
• Experience as Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker is advantageous but full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent care and support to residents throughout the night.
• Assist with mobility, comfort and safety needs.
• Carry out regular checks and respond to night-time requirements.
• Keep accurate records and communicate effectively.
