Oakland Care is seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant to support residents through the night, ensuring their physical, psychological and social needs are met with kindness.

You will assist with personal care tasks, monitor safety, keep accurate records, and maintain a calm, reassuring environment. Full training is provided, and there is a strong focus on teamwork and compassionate care within the home.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate and caring person.
• Be a true team player.
• Experience as Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker is advantageous but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent care and support to residents through the night.
• Assist with mobility, comfort and safety needs.
• Carry out regular checks and respond to night-time requirements.
• Keep accurate records and communicate effectively.
