Job summary

Bupa UK is seeking a Care Assistant for night shifts at Tadworth Grove Care Home. You will support residents with personal care, nutrition and activities, while documenting changes and following regulatory guidelines.

The role offers permanent, full-time hours with 39 hours per week and alternate weekends in Tadworth. We value motivation, positivity, and excellent communication, plus a background in care or health and social care qualifications as desirable.

Qualifications

• Motivation, positivity and great interpersonal skills are required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Desirable: care home experience or a Health and Social Care qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with companionship and personal care.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition in line with legislation.
• Assist with nutrition and hydration according to each care plan.
• Provide social and recreational activities to residents, both in groups and alone.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory requirements.
