Healthcare Homes Group at Avon Lodge in Kingswood, on the eastern edge of Bristol, is seeking a caring night shift care assistant to support residents from 8pm to 8am, with a 48-hour week and alternate weekends.

You will provide personal care, companionship, and help maintain accurate resident records, with a thorough induction and ongoing support from a well‑established team who value their colleagues. Training opportunities through the Healthcare Homes Academy are available.

Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.)
• Providing companionship and offering social interaction
