Bupa's Richmond Nantwich Village is seeking a Domiciliary Care Assistant to provide compassionate care across on-site apartments and the care home. The role includes night shifts from 21:00 to 07:00 and weekends on rota, with a focus on personal care, meals, activities, and safeguarding residents’ dignity.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in care or dementia setting is preferred.
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is acceptable.
• Strong communication and respectful, confidential approach to residents.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with personal care (bathing, dressing, continence) in their own homes within the Village.
• Support at mealtimes, help with mobility using wheelchair or hoist as needed.
• Encourage mental and physical activity through hobbies and activities.
• Answer emergency calls from the care alert system.
• Collaborate with Domiciliary Care Manager and other health professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and changes in health.
