Bupa is seeking a Care Assistant for night shifts at Dean Wood Care Home in Brighton. You will provide person-centred care to residents, support independence, and assist with daily living activities while documenting care plans accurately.

Key requirements include motivation, excellent communication, and a willingness to work as part of a team. Desirable prior care home experience or a Health and Social Care qualification is preferred.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Desirable: previous care home experience or a Health and Social Care qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Support residents with companionship and personal care as needed.
• Observe residents’ behaviour and report changes in line with regulations.
• Assist with nutrition and hydration according to care plans.
• Provide physical and mental stimulation through activities, group or individual.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date care plans and documentation.
