Healthcare Homes is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join Avon Lodge in Kingswood for night shifts from 8pm to 8am. The role covers 48 hours per week with alternate weekends. You will provide personal care, companionship, and help maintain resident records, in a friendly, well-supported home environment.

The position emphasizes compassion, reliability and a genuine wish to improve residents’ quality of life, with induction and ongoing training through the Healthcare Homes Academy.
