Qualifications

• Motivation, positivity, and great interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with companionship and personal care.
• Observe and document residents' behaviour and report changes per regulations.
• Assist with nutrition and hydration per care plan.
• Provide social and recreational activities for residents, individually or in groups.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory requirements.
