Job summary

Agincare is hiring a Care Assistant for Agincourt Care Home in Weymouth to provide compassionate personal care and support to residents. You’ll help with daily routines, wellbeing activities, and companionship in a welcoming, community-focused setting.

We offer fully funded training up to QCF Level 5, 36 hours per week including alternating weekends and night shifts, and a range of benefits. A right to work in the UK is required, visa sponsorship is not available.

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship)
• Night Care Assistant to work 36 hours per week to include working alternative weekends
