Lark View Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is recruiting a Care Assistant to make a meaningful difference in residents' lives. You will provide daily living support, including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, in a warm, homely environment in Kent countryside.
Full training and ongoing development are provided, and the role offers 24–48 hours per week with a competitive hourly rate of £13.03.
Our care home has stunning views from both sides looking onto beautiful Kent countryside, and provides a cosy and homely feel for up to 64 residents - We provide Nursing, Residential, Dementia & Respite Care.
As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centered care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.
You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for.
This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
