Job summary

Amberley Care Home in Sale is seeking a caring Care Assistant to join our team providing high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. The role focuses on dignity, independence and wellbeing, with training and ongoing development offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans, monitor changes and document observations.

Job description

Our luxury care home is situated in the beautiful, historic town of Sale, offering Residential, Dementia & Respite care for 72-residents.

Care Assistant Contract

• £12.71 per hour
• Contracted to 44 hours per week
• Paid DBS pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.

The successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends.
