Care Concern Group is seeking a Night Care Assistant to support residents in a 40‑bed home near Rochdale, Greater Manchester. You will deliver person‑centred care, assist with daily living, and follow care plans to ensure dignity and comfort while maintaining a calm, supportive atmosphere for residents and colleagues.

The role welcomes experienced carers and newcomers alike, with full training and development provided to support your journey into ongoing professional growth within a caring team.

As a Night Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing. You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.

  £13.45 - £13.95 per hour
• Contracted to 33 hours per week
• Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided
