Job summary

Care Concern Group is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for Greatwood House in Denton, near Manchester. You will help residents with daily living, personal care, mobility and nutrition, following care plans and providing support with emotional wellbeing.

A friendly, respectful, and compassionate approach is essential, with a focus on dignity and independence. This role offers full training and development, 33 hours per week, nights shifts, and extensive staff benefits including DBS paid,

SVQ/NVQ Level 2 desirable

Job description

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing. You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.

  £13.45 - £13.95 per hour
• Contracted to 33 hours per week
