Agincare Weymouth is hiring a Night Care Assistant to support residents with personal care and daily living activities at Beaufort Park Retirement Village in Burnham-on-Sea. The role offers funded training up to QCF Level 5, a 36-hour week with alternate weekends, and a bank/zero-hour contract option.

Nights are available, with a refer-a-friend bonus and pension benefits. No experience is required as full training is provided.
