Agincare Weymouth's Gainsborough Care Home in Swanage is seeking a Night Care Assistant to provide high-quality personal care, support residents, and assist with daily routines in a warm, respectful setting.

No experience is required as full training is provided, including qualifications up to QCF Level 5. The role offers 42 hours per week with alternating weekends, plus benefits like on-demand pay and a pension scheme.
