You’ll help ensure guest satisfaction, handle inquiries at desk, by phone or email, and support Head of Department to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience with hotel night audit and balancing end-of-day accounts.
• Ability to interact with guests at the desk, by email, or over the phone.
• Collaborative team member in a busy hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Run the night audit and balance end-of-day accounts.
• Supervise day-to-day front office operations.
• Ensure safety and security of the hotel and guests.
• Assist guests at welcome and departure during the night.
• Manage room service orders and liaise with the Night Porter.
