Job summary

nhow London is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our Front Office team in London. You will oversee overnight hotel operations, ensure accurate financial processing, and deliver exceptional guest service throughout the night.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will reconcile nightly transactions, prepare reports, handle guest inquiries, and handover seamlessly to daytime staff while upholding nhow London's bold design and guest‑centric standards.

• Previous Front Office or Reception experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service during the night shift.
• Conduct guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
• Complete the nightly audit, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately reconciled.
• Prepare and distribute operational and financial reports.
• Manage guest enquiries, requests and complaints with confidence and discretion.
• Maintain security procedures and ensure the safety of guests and colleagues.
• Support the smooth handover of operations to the daytime Front Office team.
• Uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive guest experience at all times.
