Job summary

Residence Inn by Marriott London Tower Bridge is seeking a Night Auditor to join a busy, hospitality-focused team in London. You will greet guests, handle night desk operations, and support other departments to ensure a smooth overnight service.

The ideal candidate is night-owlish, detail-oriented and capable of delivering friendly, professional service. Prior front desk exposure is a plus, and we offer good training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• To be totally guest focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
• To gain experience in all sections of the front desk department and ensure company and legal requirements are maintained.
• Assist in the general running of the hotel at night and support other departments in setting up for the next day.
• To continuously improve the quality of the hotel's services.
• To undertake night audits and hotel safety checks to make sure everyone in our hotel is safe and looked after.
• To be confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognising all guests including those who require special attention.
• To promote the company values and behaviours at all times.
