You will run night audit, balance daily accounts, prepare for the next day, assist guests and ensure smooth operations at the Moxy Chester. You will manage room inventory, check guests in/out in the Moxy way, handle Food & Beverage operations, and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• Energetic, can multitask, and provide great guest service.
• Clear communicator fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Experience in service/hospitality is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Run the night audit and balance the day’s accounts.
• Prepare the hotel for the following day and assist guests.
• Manage hotel room inventory and check-in/check-out in the Moxy way.
