Sea Containers London is a lifestyle hotel located on the eccentric South Bank of London, with over 354 bedrooms and award-winning food and drink outlets. The Night Auditor role reports to the Front of House Manager and involves overnight guest checks, audits, and security tasks.

The position includes responsibilities such as night audits, guest reservations, and maintaining hotel standards, with a range of employee benefits and staff discounts as part of Lore Group.

• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs and enquiries during night shifts.
• Complete night audit procedures and reconcile accounts.
• Monitor hotel security and respond to incidents or emergencies.
• Handle reservations, room allocations and guest requests.
• Process payments, cash handling and billing adjustments.
• Prepare nightly reports and communicate key updates to teams.
• Maintain hotel standards through administrative, quality and facility checks.

The Night Auditor

A Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of a hotel during overnight hours.
The role will report directly to the Front of House Manager and will have a dotted reporting line to Night Manager at the location the position is based at.

• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs and enquiries during night shifts.
• Complete night audit procedures and reconcile accounts.
• Monitor hotel security and respond to incidents or emergencies.
• Handle reservations, room allocations and guest requests.
• Process payments, cash handling and billing adjustments.
• Prepare nightly reports and communicate key updates to teams.
• Maintain hotel standards through administrative, quality and facility checks.
