Job summary

Hotel Co 51 is seeking a Night Auditor to join the Night Crew, ensuring smooth guest check-ins/outs and efficient back-of-house operations. You will coordinate room inventory, oversee F&B duties, manage payments, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are energetic, people-focused, and excellent communicators who thrive in a lively hotel setting and enjoy teamwork within the Marriott Moxy ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience within the service industry.
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros.
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws.
• Personal travel experience or travel industry familiarity.

This position is based on a full time contract.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Helping guests and creating positive experiences
• Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way
• Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way
• Manage all bills and payments correctly
• Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas
• Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
• Supporting other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders
• Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program

We’re looking for someone with Moxie, which is all of these things:

• Have high energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude
• Good with people and enjoy chatting with guests
• Skilled multitasker who can balance hard work with great service
• Know being relaxed isn’t the same as being lazy
• Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!)
