Job summary

MOXY Hotels in Milton Keynes is seeking a Night Auditor (Night Crew Member) on a full-time contract. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way while handling all bills and payments.

The ideal candidate has high energy, enjoys chatting with guests, can multitask, and communicates clearly in English. Experience with Opera/Micros is a plus. Benefits include Health Cash Plan and discounted stays.

Qualifications

• Experience in the service/hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros.
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws.
• Personal travel experience and interest in travel industry.

Night Auditor (Night Crew Member) This position is based on a full time contract. Confident communicator comfortable in a fast-paced service focused role. Proactive problem solver and team player, who builds a fun and relaxed environment that makes guests feel at home.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Helping guests and creating positive experiences
• Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way
• Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way
• Manage all bills and payments correctly
• Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas
• Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
• Supporting other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders
• Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program

We’re looking for someone with Moxie, which is all of these things:

• Have high energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude
• Good with people and enjoy chatting with guests
• Skilled multitasker who can balance hard work with great service
• Know being relaxed isn’t the same as being lazy
• Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!)

Useful Experience
