The Queens Hotel in Leeds is seeking an Assistant Manager Front of House to lead the reception team and ensure exceptional guest service. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will drive smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will manage guest interactions with warmth, uphold high service standards, and support scheduling, training and team development. A rewarding role with career growth in a vibrant property within Axiom Hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a receptionist or reception supervisor.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day running of the reception.
• Supervise the department in the absence of the manager.
• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous service.
• Maintain high standards of service.
• Handle guest requests and enquiries efficiently.
• Support rotas, appraisals and training of colleagues.
