Job summary

• Strong background in Front of House or Reception operations.

• Clear handovers and team coordination required.

Responsibilities

• Deputise in the absence of the Night Manager and make decisions.
• Run night audits and health and safety checks.
• Conduct night security walks and respond to guest requests.
• Ensure smooth handovers to the incoming shift and Duty Manager.
• Support hostel operations during night hours.
